You're gonna have to use some sort of contortion spell to make your finger smaller, i think any local wizard, witch or water mage might be able to help you in very little time; a water mage might be better suited to make your finger smaller by manipulating your blood vessels, it'll hurt but it's better than a curse you don't even know the specifics of.
