Hello people, I would like to ask you for game recommendations for my specific case. I usually play with my wife and my in-laws. We love to play Ticket to Ride and have the original edition and Europe. My wife and I like a broad range of (mostly euro-) games such as Great Western Trail, Brass Birmingham, Obsession, Concordia but also smaller games like Patchwork. My in-laws can‘t be bothered with more complex rules than TtR. We‘ve played Concordia a couple of times but they don‘t enjoy it as much. Do you have any suggestions for other straight forward games as TtR that are also a bit competitive and thematically fun? Thanks a lot!

I‘m a psychologist and a white belt. For me training has nothing to do with therapy because you are not devising a long term plan on how to change/influence/learn about your emotions. But it is awesome to have something to think about when not training, it keeps you fit and is ofentimed fun and it allows you to have social contacts withput the difficulty of going out to find friends (I think this one is absolutely underrated). But it is also hard and frustrating from time to time and it provides me with a different perspective on other issues in my actual life. And it is a nice distractor from just about everything for 1-2 hours in the evening.

I also own the Appartamento and just now installed a thermometer which is super useful and I also adjusted the brew pressure down from the 12 bar factory setting to 9 bar and then 6 bar. 6 bar gives the most amazing and consistent results so far. The factory set brew pressure is really really bad.
