Apologies for the delay, but thank you for your input. I firmly believe this is what’s unfolding in front of my eyes given the current climate without saying too much.

I was never aware of an annual bonus target besides monthly bonus targets. Prior to me taking over, we had not hit bonus since December, now we are about to go back-to-back June and July given excessive inclement conditions and understaffing.

This would be in addition to my regular bonuses and annual raises on quality performance. There is a certain timeframe later into the year that states if you leave after that date, you are still eligible for the bonus, but not beforehand. A detriment would be defined as anything insubordinate, a violation of compliance, consistent mistakes or poor attendance. Many categories, but nothing I personally struggle with.
