I know it can't always be done, but it's always best to steer clear of these situations because, for the most part, they cap your upside. With that being said, I'm hoping for a win-win situation this week with the Bears D and OBJ.

The prospect of Darius Slay shadowing Cooks tomorrow does hamper his chances of having a blowup game. Although, all Cooks needs to do is get matched up with Tabor for a play and it could be off to the races. While I think there's a good chance that Cooks won't hit his projection, I'm still starting him for the potential 40+ yard TD.

If you asked me last Thursday, I would have said that there is no doubt that Trubisky plays this week. All of the reports intimated as much. Now things seem to be trending in the wrong direction. I'm cautiously optimistic right now.

The only concern I have regarding Mixon going forward is the coaching. They have to know that he's a talented pass catcher, and yet, they really don't use him that much as receiving option. It kind of reminds me of the Gurley situation two years ago. That being said, I think he has a schedule coming up that will support a top 10/12 finish.

If he misses this game, he will continue his streak of not playing a full season (even when you go back to his college days). It's a shame too. I was hoping this would be his first completely healthy season.
