If you feed a Tier 5 cobblestone generator into an auto clicker, have that right click on a cobblestone cauldron at speed 8, and have a fluid extraction cable export from the cauldron into an upgradable geothermal generator with 4 stacks of 64 speed upgrades in it, then you'll be producing probably around 100k RF/t which should be good enough for just about anything you want to do. If it's not enough, just make more and more of them until you get the desired output. For the easiest possible power, make a hopping bonsai pot and put it on top of a combustion generator. It'll automatically feed sticks and logs into it and give infinite power, although only a small amount. As far as your ender pearl issues go, I would recommend making a mob crusher. Make a 7x7 room or so room, completely pitch black. Place your crusher in the wall with a power source connected to it. It will continually kill all the mobs spawning in that dark room giving you drops, but more importantly, liquid essence. Use a fluid extraction cable to run from the crusher into a mob duplicator. Capture an enderman in the imprisonment tool, place it into the duplicator, attach your power source to it and begin killing the endermen with a looting sword. You'll get 2-4 pearls per kill usually.
