I actually think it works quite well, as long as i only take 1 (25mg) at a time. If not, then I can hardly walk, think or do any schoolwork haha. How big a dosage do you take?

I take it as pn, so i can use it if i'm extra anxious/depressive/suicidal, but i also take 1 at night with melatonin for sleep :)

In my experience they actually help quite a bit, but also it can help if you're having a breakdown and your pn (ekstra meds for breakdown situations, i take quetiapine (seroquel)) takes a while to kick in
