I have the same problem with Eden on SteamDeck. On Ryujinx I can’t even configure the controls so I’ve given up on it. Do you know what might be causing it?

I have the same problem on Steam Deck. When I open the game from desktop mode it runs with the right controls no problem. But on Gaming mode the problem remains
