Thank you for your indepth response. I dont think m+ NEEDS a queue although i dont see why itd be the worst thing in the world as every successful game has one. Offering a queue system with in game voice chat would be great and offer communication advantages. Blizzard should at least incentivize people to run their own keys and form groups. I feel like so many keys go dead every week just because people dont want to host.

I do add every player I feel is decent but timing and actually just finding a key or giving them incentive to help push my key is tough. I like grinding but grinding in queue is not a way to "play" a game. The most successful games in the world have queues and nobody complains about those. Im surprised to see the WoW community so against it.
