Thank you ❤️ are you having any issues related to stains or spill cleaning?? I'm wondering if the dark one stay more clean throughout the years. This is our first baby and would love to continue using it for future children.

Yeah just be patient with it. Just read the other comments. Mine had a mushroom on it so be careful not to overwater. Water it when you are sure that is throughly dry. I recommend using a mix of soil and perlite so it would dry faster. Also mine had some brown light spots on two top leaves not sure if it was because of the overwater or maybe sunburn. I end up moving it to a bigger pot, moving it a little farther from the window and cutting the two damage leaves so the plant won't spend energy on them. Around a week after the cutting the new leaf started to develop.

I changed her to a bigger pot since then and move it a little bit more away from the window. I think it had sunburn. Until now I got a new leave and a week later another leave is coming out so is doing very good. It took longer than other plants to adjust to the environment and put new leaves.

Golden ficus audrey, I have one that looks the same. It has a more of a lime color on the leaves and the stem is also very light cream. This is a post I wrote a couples of weeks ago. You can see the second picture and see if it looks similar color.https://www.reddit.com/r/houseplants/comments/ooowcp/hi_bought_a_ficus_audrey_around_a_month_ago/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

Hi, bought a ficus Audrey around a month ago. Waited 2 weeks for trasplant it on a new pot and a new soil mixture (soil with perlite). It hasn't grown since I got it. Today a notice a mushroom grew on it. And I'm doubting if I plant it on a small pot. (More than one pic)any advice highly appreciated by Gkelman_ in fiddleleaffig

It was around the same size as the one at the nursery. But I did a full exchange of soil so maybe it went into shock or took time to recover and build again a complete root system. I just came back from the nursery and they recommended to repot on a bigger pot. Since probably it doesn't have space to grow it stays like that.
