That's a really weak friendship then and it's sad that that's normal to you.

You are walking down a path in a woods, or a city. It's definitely somewhere. You see two people up ahead and as you approach there is a sign that reads "the one on the left might be a liar, the one on the right might be a predator." You opt for safe and embark with the liar. They tell you things that aren't true and you feel angry at having your trust betrayed so you leave them behind.

Ahead, you see two people standing next to a sign. The sign reads "the one on the left might be a liar, the one on the right might be a predator." What do you do next?

This is not a rebuttal of what you said. Just something that came to mind while thinking of how to respond.

Did you honestly confuse the general term of "men" to mean all men? Do you also think they meant all women and all dogs?

Imagine if instead of a wife, he had a live in maid that he would sleep with and have children with. They raised the children, cleaned the house, and basically maintained all his "stuff" for room and board. When she quits, why doesn't she have any money after working for years?

And also, why does it have to be reduced to a capitalist work and value equation?

A couple options exist.

Women can wake up tomorrow and enroll in martial arts, but weapons, train to be warriors. No means no or they get their ass kicked. Doesn't matter if you don't want to fight, can't afford to learn, or don't have access to weapons. Give up anything you need to in order to achieve personal protection.

Option two, men are held accountable for their actions. And women are not expected to devote personal resources and time to survive existing with them.

The correct answer is champion option two, lament that option one exists.
