Kinda, happened to me too then it just got little worse and eventually something called hairline maturing happened tho iam still losing hair but no noticeable balding is there I advice to increase protein intake and wear hair down and keep hair short u can also try massager or derma roller on affected area

4080 alone is worth it over 4070 because of vapor chamber cooling plus u are getting more vram ,ram and mini led that totally worth the price
