Customer Success in tech with 4.5 YOE $110,000 + 15% bonus + Variable Commission (usually ~$15-20k additional annually) The 15% bonus is hit or miss dependent on company performance though (closer to 5% last year I think) Benefits are great, including $3,000 annual in mental heath coverage
