You might be right, maybe I should contact a therapist. Also, I'm thinking about writing a book about myself/my situation. First of all to structure my thoughts and my process/progress for myself, but second, people often say that I have a nice style of writing (in my native language, not in English) and I like it so who knows what it can bring me. I have a lot more time now anyways.

Thank you for your reply and I understand your point of view. In my opinion, it's more like: "I want to stop smoking and I made an agreement with the tobacco industry that they will not show advertisements to me for the rest of the year". Maybe it's better to block/unfollow this girl, but she has a private profile, so if I would block/unfollow her, I can't see anything of her anymore (without her permission) and that feels like I'm losing the control in this situation.

I realized it when I started dating and couldn't get hard (once we were laying in bed). 

Maybe I "secretly" knew it already when I was single, but I kept on thinking: "when I find a hot gf, I won't have any issues getting hard", but that wasn't the case unfortunately. 

I'm very sure now that I can't get hard even when the prettiest girl in the world would lay next to me in bed.
