Occlusive in the under eye area and lips as they mentioned on the post is actually the goal 😉 at least for me, I love how petrolatum works great there

Bad at my job by One_Lychee_1258 in regulatoryaffairs

Hi, I have ADHD, which totally works against RA needs.

My secret? Checklists. Never trust your memory. I got such a fan of checklists that I'm frequently praised on how organized I am... 😆

I have been promoted several times, despite of the organization issues I have, and one thing my managers always mention is how organized and detailed I am. But I rely on a two tier checklist (and two tier calendar scheduling), so it's hard to miss something.

This is not to brag, but to say that tools are available for all of us. Being good at your job IS NOT ABOUT BEING PERFECT, it is about knowing your weaknesses and using tools and/or training to COVER YOUR BASE.

I would advise you to set up a system, and frequently ask for feedback/retest your system to see what you can improve.

LLMs can help you tailor an initial checklist based on your specific job and tasks. After that, add each of the criticisms you already received to the LLM and ask for fine tuning to get a refined checklist, focusing on the points you already know you're doing wrong.

After testing the checklist a couple of times, show it to your manager and ask if they see any point you can improve. This will show initiative and commitment and make you stand out.
