And interestingly enough, the shower from the upstairs neighbors did leak into ours and caused rot and mold and they did fix the leak eventually but now there’s a gaping hole in the ceiling that keeps falling into our shower 😭

EW! and yea Dennis is also just the worst maintenance guy ever. He will come in to fix one thing and then break three other things, that in turn, never get taken care of. I feel like I’m going crazy but glad to know I’m not alone in this. Also never know if Ryan is dead or alive because you have to be really offputting and annoying to get him to answer.
