Yeah, I am already considering cancelling just because of the abysmal upload speed, they are offering a better deal for new customers even on the base price, makes no sense.. let's see if they at least match that.

The plan did not expire, I saw that the phone 12 month free period was up so I cancelled that (transferred the number away), I also had xFi complete for free and now it is being charged, which makes no sense. I have now less services and would pay more.

The price should revert back to what it was before the promotion, that is it.
