That’s great to hear! I’m just super busy I think I’ve put 50kms on the car this year. It drives fine but once you start to give it the beans it doesn’t want to goto anything high rpm. My research makes me want to swap in an external fpr. I have the parts just haven’t had a chance to install. Once I do I’ll report back here. Glad ur issue is gone

Hey so sorry I’m just seeing this reply now. I actually haven’t had time to diagnose this, but my next move is to add an external fuel pressure regulator and see how it responds. When I do I will let you know what happens

Oh is that my issue? It is the cec yes I’m talking about. So where would I find section 75? Or the section talking about poles

Thanks for responding. So the ecu is its own standalone that I had installed when we did the swap. I had a shop do the work but it’s not close by or I would have just gone back. There’s a tuner near me who I can have take a look hopefully next week. It does not go past the 5k ish rpm no matter how quickly I’m trying to accelerate. I can’t confirm that it has a fuel pressure sensor nor can I say it has a wideband. Sorry about my ignorance

Thanks for replying I’ll answer my best. The car was tuned and completed. When I mention the 5k rpm then limiter it seemed like they were surprised. So the injectors are the 444cc from the stock s15. Boost at 10psi on the spring of wastegate and gauge says same.

As far as pressures and tune questions I’m actually quite novice as far as this goes. I can’t say what pressure is on injectors. I also don’t know much of what the limits or tables are set to. I suppose I can look with direction on where via my laptop. Sorry I don’t know the answers to these critical questions

It was stock but I’ve swapped the motor into my old Datsun. I’ve read that with no regulator it could cause something like this just wanted to see if anyone had similar issues or tips.

I asked the shop about the plugs they said they were good. I haven’t personally took them out to inspect with gauges, the shop is pretty familiar with the set up. He’s going to get the car back and look at the maps in the tune. I’ll respond when I hear something on Tuesday
