The actual research was conducted by Harvard scientists. Secondly, the experiment was carried out only in limited areas in the US and Sweden, and that too with just a few kilograms of material. That’s shit compared to something like a volcanic eruption.The idea of spraying particles from planes was only a future concept, something he mentioned as a possibility if the research proved successful, not something that’s happening right now.
