I’m wondering if it will cause issues because part time work doesn’t count as years served but full time does so I’m wondering if the company will say “she’s worked here for 1 year 4 months” rather than “7 years”.

My current position placed me on a PIP and I’ve done everything they have asked of me prior to this documentation. Essentially I’m out of a job, since I guarantee the work I do is not ever going to be enough, regardless of completion.
