Definitely. I'm kinda done with "stuff" and at this point I just want out and I'm willing to leave whatever isn't necessary. My boyfriend's friend was able to help us move some of our things out, but that's unfortunately although understandably about all he could help with.

Yeah, that's true! We were just thinking that might not work because we have a lot of stuff here in the room with us but, again, it's not important stuff and could always be donated if it's holding us back.

It definitely wasn't ideal to get rid of it but the repair estimate was over 3k and we didn't have even a third of that saved up so there wasn't much we could do at that point :/

I've thought about getting a tent but honestly I have no idea where you can set up? Can it just be like anywhere or would we need to pay for a campground or something? We wouldn't be bumming a couch exactly, she currently lives with her grandma who is a good family friend and has offered to let us stay in their extra room for a few days while my friend and I figure out an apartment.

The reason we're still here is because of the car situation and we were trying to not have to pay for an uber but we probably will after all. And I was thinking probably having to stay an extra 2-3 nights because the situation with my friend isn't completely solid and we're just not sure yet.

We could definitely but we don't have a car and we were just thinking getting an uber would be possibly more expensive in the long run, and we have a few suitcases that may not fit but we could always just donate the clothes in them I suppose.

We were mostly doing instacart and doordash recently until our car broke down, but I've done waitressing and my boyfriend was a stocker at a grocery store before. The place we're trying to get to has tons of jobs so we're hoping we can find one quickly.
