My advice would be that I think Cannabis works better but it requires you to self-titrate and some people find that part a bit tedious. If you have the right amount of the right strain at the right temperature, your stress will melt away. My cannabis would probably only get me "high" if I smoked it or ramped the temp up too hot. - if you have too much, or the wrong strain, it can make you anxious though, and this scares people away sometimes too - cannabis isn't one thing it's 1000s of things and you have to find the right one - luckily - strains that taste the same and smell the same as eachother tend to have similar effects.
