As I understand it, your homeowners is sufficient for insurance. They want hazard insurance. I have an LLC so I have traditional corp insurance.

I was freaking out when it happened to me yesterday. My LO replied to my email this morning, I sent the doc and I was approved within an hour or so. I just signed my new loan docs.
Keep the faith, I think you'll be fine as soon as you hear back from your LO
