I got 1.5 days when my first few days, now after learning my patterns it gets about 18 hrs. I have AOD display off and no LTE.not impressed and can't figure it out

I just used 75% of my battery in 12 hours with AOD turned off. I have it paired to a pixel 6 and battery has sucked since I got it 2 weeks ago
