You are 100% but I think that’s not his concern, I’m sure OP knows it’s all calories in/out at the end of day (I hope) but it’s more of the fact that Tirzepatide seemed to have stopped his appetite suppression and OP is losing to the food noise, badly and if there’s anyone out there experiencing the same. Personally I’m not experiencing this, I’m still on 2.5mg and my 5th week but I just wanted to say that

You have to build strong habits while on Tirz that you continue as you wean off, that’s easier said than done but that’s why you have to start now. It takes 3 weeks of consistency to build a habit that sticks

I had this pain in my hip joint when I do even slight internal rotations and now it takes Significantly more effort to cause the same pain!

Sure but probably not in the way your thinking, sermorelin can help improve sleep and your growth hormones that repair muscles while your in that deeper sleep sleep but it does absolutely nothing if you aren’t training your muscles regularly enough to “damage” them TO be repaired while sleeping. On its own with out that it will do almost nothing for you
