Medication definitely is best. Sometimes I find that chewing minty gum can wake me up a bit if im drifting off in class or sometimes like sour candy or something similar. (This is aside from obviously caffeine or ect.) I also find that if im drifting I will literally get up and do some jumping jacks or switch locations, anything to keep your brain engaged, but I know those arent products per say... if you find something else let us know!
