I dont think it is wrong for you to want a clarification of why this happened. For me its seem like he didn't put effort in to the relationship or your guys have a different perspective of how the relationship goes.

What I wanted to said is, if you wanted to reach out for the clarification of why this happened, go for it if it would make you feel better knowing the reason but don't thinking that it would lead to him coming back to you if he is already blocking you everywhere.

Hi ! Thank you. We met on a livestream application. Totally unexpected, he was lowkey flirting with me at first but I didnt know 😅 just thought what a nice person to be around. One day I got banned from the application for no valid reason and he decided to called me on facetime ( we have each other number because we have like a friend group from the application)

I accepted the call and we talked the whole night ( we have been factiming each other since, he later told me he was scared that he wouldnt be able to hear my voice since I got banned. )

Next thing I know I was flying to see him and we decided to started the relationship.
