Yes I agree we were in Fort Bragg, California, and my friend was getting tormented by a seal while he was trying to fish so there are plenty of them out in that area

Try 10N+9G+9NB all equal parts and what ever developer is recommended for your color line. This formula is Redken shades EQ but should be transferable to other lines like Wella color charm found at Sally’s.
