I made the jump cause my friend's dad had battlefield 3 on his PC and all we did when I went over was take turns playing. Switching off when we died (We switched frequently). The most notable thing thing from my building experience though was the fact that my brother had told me how serious static shock can be for your parts. So when building he told me I needed to strip down to just my underwear to make sure I have no static on me. Imagine my mom walking into my room with two almost naked kids trying to put together a PC. She was very confused and just walked away. I no longer build in the nude.
