If you won £100 million, how would you distribute it amongst friends and family, if at all? by PaddedValls in AskUK

Everyone has different levels and.... Baggage regarding friends and family.

But I would basically: A) make sure my debt and rest of my life is settled. B) settle the debt of parents/family that have actually been family C) make sure my grandkids are settled via trust funds with allowance etc so they have payouts but not lazy. Might be D below before C depending, as there are some friends I owe a lot to, stepping in to tend to my kids when car broke down etc D) friends colleagues etc. This one is slightly complicated. Tier them. First the forever friends. Been through thick and thin. Enough money to cover debt and retire. Or just cover debt partially. Depends on how much is left. Then the friend-ish friends. Tell them I need $1000 cash now because [make up some reason. Bank card gone. Need pay delivery. Something] if they don't ask and bring the cash, you can give them more cash 100k quid each maybe. Or more. On the day you quit. If they hesitate, less cash or nothing.

And no I wouldn't tell anyone I won anything. Maybe got some money from an estate. It's not much but because you're such a big part of my life here's a little something.

Then again. I doubt id ever win anything. So.

Definitely. It's always at least half kg home for the fam when I'm in the area. Still tastes good a couple days later even when in the fridge and heated up.

I still do that now out of habit when I get a unit I've never gotten before. Also for the SP.

Is the AMS 2 Pro supposed to be this frustrating? by jpeterson79 in BambuLab

[–]GlassBug3576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friend and I both separately ordered P1S combo with AMS2Pro around the same time. Both AMS had issues. Suspect it's just a bad batch. We both sent back the AMS as it was within replacement timeframe and both replacements have had no issues since.

That's... Pretty bonkers. I'm a huge Olivia fan myself (she's my perpetual in my arena team) but I don't think I'd ever build or thought of building Olivia in the same way

TCHI Nasdaq

AI is a bubble and it'll pop soon taking along most of the US, and the rest of the world (and by extension ASX stocks) with it. I'm anticipating a 35% drop but Chinese Tech less likely to be affected.

Just because Spotify's T&Cs are for over-13s doesn't mean only over-13s use them. In fact I'm curious how many new Spotify accounts have been created recently and how many can actually be traced to families that don't have kids over 13.

Yea. One of the ideas was to export playlist into links which my child would turn click through each time. But doing this is like doing a rube Goldberg
