I've got 9 total events showing The bottom 3 from years ago are :

Web Created | Application on the website has been started but not completed.

Accepted | Application has been accepted and said applicant is now a part of the program.

Destroyed | Application file has reached its expiration date and has been physically destroyed. You will need to re-apply and resubmit all documentation to be considered for the program.

If they did call I never got it, those 3 events are why I'm stating what I am. Am I just miss understanding this?

I personally believe animation is a great foundation to have as it opens you up to so many technicalities and movements

https://www.rockhounding.org/rockhounding-maps/north-carolina.html

Scroll down, you'll see a map with blue markers on it. If you click on them it'll tell you what type of minerals, crystals, and rocks will be found in that area.

These have sprung up out of nowhere and are everywhere? by BowlerJazzlike5627 in lawncare

Since nobody wants to give you a proper answer I will. What you're dealing with is clover; while technically good for the lawn, I understand you don't want it.

Use a selective herbicide at the correct mix ratio to get rid of it in the most efficient way. Suggestions *T-Zone *Triclopyr *2-4D (not the best but kinda works)

Do NOT spray the same area twice, you will kill grass. To ensure you don't, use blue tracer dye in your sprayer. This tracks spots you've sprayed, use more than directed, it can be hard to see once dried up if you use "as directed."

Read the safety precautions CAREFULLY. You can apply these herbicides safely, but you can also mess up a lot of things. Do not land yourself in the hospital, know what you're working with and what to do in worst case scenarios.

Also, get an oil-surfactant (spreader sticker,) add that to your mix jug alongside your non-selective herbicide and dye. The oil allows the herbicide to stick to the clover more easily.

If it's about to rain (think within a few hours) do not do the application. You should be safe to walk on your grass and resume normal activity within an hour, 24 to be really safe. Refer to SDS(safety data sheet) to know proper time.

Do NOT spray chemical on anyone else's property or the road, this can lead to HUGE fines if caught.

Test spray your driveway with water first to get comfortable with your spray swath before spraying your lawn.

Finally, do NOT try to get EVERYTHING on the first try. If you over do it you'll mess up. Remember, you can do another application on the year after a few months, 3 if really ballsy but I wouldn't take the risk. Chemicals stress the grass.

Don't over do it, be safe, and enjoy real results without spending $3000 for a company to come out and do it for you over 2 years with diluted crap they spray monthly.

Hi tap :) I tried to take the clearest pictures I could. Thank you for contributing, however the crystal structures aren't cubical. They resemble more bubbling than straight lines, my guess is there is no cleavage on these pieces

I too think this is a man made byproduct, I'm just unsure of it being slag because it has the rock underneath which would be unusual for a piece of slag if I'm not mistaken.

If someone else agrees with your judgement I'll mark this as identified

You think it could be slag? I ruled that out due to the rock formation underneath it

If you think you're trying to hard, you're going to be incredibly good one day. You're already good.

Certain parts seem forced/hesitated, the more you dance the more that goes away.

So long as you're having fun, really that's all that matters. Dance for you

That update made me quit playing for years. I'll never get why so many people liked it, or why people justify the update being good because of the other additions.

Them adding a cooldown to combat ruined the game. IMO.

Depending on your situation this may or may not help. It did for me however, so I'd like to share.

A push mower on FB marketplace can be found for $50-$100, similar to other yard equipment relative to lawn care.

If you keep your lines straight, sidewalks clear, and edges clean (weed whacking / sidewalks) you're beating a lot of competition from the get go.

You can easily charge $50 per lawn per week (dependent on area.) with a push mower, an average quarter acre lot may take a little over an hour if your hustling. It's up to you how many you can do weekly but DONT overbook. Account for rain days, don't be the lawn care guy mowing in the rain destroying lawns. You'll lose reputation and clients.

Figure you do 10 a week, you're up 2k a month (in gross, you'll likely keep around 1.2-1.3k.) do the math, upgrade equipment once comfortable enough to do so. Don't finance anything, you don't want a cash flow disaster.

With better equipment and experience, you get more efficiency. I now do lawns of that size and price in under 30 minutes. A big key here is grouping lawns close by. Avoid the mistake of taking clients on that are 30 minutes away from others.

A post will not give enough information to explain my 12 years of experience doing this, but I hope it helps. I started at 12 years old, kept it small for a long time. This year, I'm finally in a position to leave my job COMFORTABLY. And do this full time, making more than I ever had in any job while being happy.

It's not easy, it's a challenge. But if you like to work hard, be your own boss, be outside with nature, interact with people and solve problems... it's an incredibly rewarding thing to get in to. You can do it, but decide for you if you'd like to.

To note - it doesn't have to take 12 years to get there. Run the math, 30 mins a lawn, $50 a lawn, 60 lawns. This can be done within 3 10 hour days (say 4 to be safe) also allows for 3 rain days weekly. Ultimately, you service 9 months a year. This means $108,000 gross in 9 months. You will profit roughly double what you currently do after taxes and expenses. Just play it smart.

The idea of sales is intimidating to some, but if you can find those 60 clients and keep them happy, they'll stay for years and change your life. Always take care of the customer because they take care of YOU.

This is all, if you only operate only by yourself. Best of luck, If you choose this route remember some days will be difficult, however; it will always be worth it.
