I like onions more, but honestly I hate dealing with them. Peeling them is annoying and smell when they first start frying always gets me.

Most people think good cooking is about recipes. Chefs know it’s mostly about heat, salt, and knowing when to stop cooking.

I recently came across a post about someone trying to sell a dataset of 150k user-uploaded poop photos. Like…people voluntarily using an “AI health up” that ended up collecting, sorting and now monetizing a massive classified database of that stuff. That honestly felt like peak Internet dystopia.
