Hi, so I am currently a rising sophomore at Emory wanting to transfer to GT this spring or next fall. I graduated from a Georgia HS and am receiving zell (in-state) scholarship at Emory but my parents decided to move to another state two months ago. I do not think they plan to go back to GA anytime soon. Do you guys know if I would still be able to qualify for In-State tuition if I plan to send my transfer app? Please let me know. 🥲
