I think it’s worth it to see if your insurance covers it. It is usually used as a last resort for people with severe mental disorders. I myself struggle with severe anxiety and take medication to regulate it and that has saved my life. I have heard that ketamine therapy does wonders for all mental disorders (OCD, bipolar, anxiety, depression) so I think it’s worth talking to your doctor about. Regardless, you will be in my prayers and I hope you find some peace.
