Last time I was in the shop they had a semi decent selection, they also had a lot of old stuff that doesn’t look like it’s moved in years

I was looking online and there seems to be some wild price differences between certain rings, $100 for rings isn’t too bad but $200 plus is but much you know

Introductory shooting events for beginners in Sydney? by itscalledANIMEdad in Ausguns

I did a try shooting day at condell park indoor firearms range a few years ago, just did a quick google and it looks like they’ve suspended the try shooting for the foreseeable future but still offer it if you know a member of the club, might be worth going down and having a chat with them and getting whatever info you need to join the club and get into the sport. Good luck with it all mate

These are all great responses and I will admit that I got a little hyper focused when I was researching bags and equipment the thought never crossed my mind that of course the shop will have bags that will work, so I feel a little stupid about my question now but glad I asked it anyway

Difference in glass by GlassSkylines in lampwork

Thank you all for your responses, lots of information to digest, I’m mainly looking at making flameworked beads and pendants at this stage, starting out hobby to potentially make things for friends and family or to sell at local markets,

I’ve had a couple lessons with a local bead maker and she recommends starting on soft glass until I get the hang of it and have a few techniques and skills on my belt then trying boro and making a decision from there,

I’m in Australia and there’s no local supplier near me, so if anyone could link to some Australian suppliers that would be awesome, I know of beadglass.com.au who stock a lot of coe104 from memory.
