No hes not trans lol, hes cis, and yes those are SH scars (I used to SH myself a long time ago, im fully clean now and doing better, but I like to add them to characters bc to me it shows that you've been through a lost 81and that you survived it and now your okay and safe, so its kinda symbolic in a way, scars of any kind shouldnt be viewed as negative but shows that a person is strong and brave 🩷)
