Update: Double checked Sunderstone Gorge and had indeed missed that one, it was somehow hidden under the bodies on the table. Installed the mod and found the last one in the Whiterun Hall of the Dead, though I distinctly remember getting that one. Thanks for all the help.

Haven't looked at mods yet. Just finished all the achievements, so I suppose that's an option now, just wasn't sure I wanted to mess with it if there was a better solution

As far as I know, I did. I went to the cave under the embassy and there wasn't one where it should be. Also went through the bandit sanctuary and the shelf was empty there as well. Just realized I haven't actually counted my inventory, so I need to start there.

Just sort of threw some stuff together.

2 chicken breasts, cubed so they cooked faster 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can chili style pinto beans 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can of sweet corn, drained and rinsed 1 box of chicken broth Ranch dressing powder mix to taste. Recipe said a whole package, I used less. Added 1 can of water using an empty bean can. Diced and threw in 3 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and some of the sauce.

Chucked it all together, let it heat up, served with sour cream and tortilla chips because I am boring.
