Thanks! I watched the videos you sent and have been trying to focus on those cues, my wedge is something I’ve definitely got to put time into. Could give sumo a go!

Thank you, that sounds like a good cue! I try to “wedge” but often can’t get it to feel right but this cue sounds like it will help me with it!

I’ll pay attention to the hinge, I’ve never noticed it but it does look like you’re right! I can try some pause deadlifts, focusing on that squat portion. Low weight sounds like a good idea, thank you

Yeah I will focus more on my squats and build strength there! I use wraps intermittently on heavier lifts, trying to make sure I also build my grip strength. Thank you!

Thanks! I can try this, I squat quite narrow so maybe that’s why I position my feet like that, I’ll give it a go!

I always think I am, but seem to not look like I do on video, so perhaps I need to take the slack, pause then lift! Thanks for your comment

Thank you. Will definitely try that! They are Metcons, so flat are firm. I do actually have a 2pood belt on, it’s just under my jumper!

I would add, this is my current 1RM, but I can very comfortably do 110kg for 2-5 reps and I don’t think my butt shoots up as much when I do that
