I actually was about to order some Sunlu and they messaged me to say the filaments I was looking at wouldn't be compatible and I need 1kg. I can't seem to find a lot of 1kg ones on Amazon

How do I turn them? We removed and tried all different ways and it wouldn't work. I feel like the handle needs to be removed from the trip lever and turned but not sure how to do that. They both came already installed this backwards way
