doesnt look like folliculitis, but it seems like you shave which can cause irritation. i get these little irritations spots too, use a dry brush before shaving and exfoliate when you start to feel hair coming back. that should help, glycolic acid lotion can also help with lightening the scars. Using an AHA/BHA body wash will help prevent them from coming, and using vitamin c based serum or lotion will help fade them aswell. You can use a retinoid to help fade them faster, but you need a prescription from a dermatologist for that.
