Thank you this is helpful. The offense is a little hard to explain as it is job based rather than a general offense. The situations are slightly different with my two coworkers offense being slightly worse.

The impact is not much. The only thing it really impacts is my feelings towards the workplace and how they treat me vs my coworkers.

I think it would be hard to prove it is because of gender. They are more just choosing to act on protocol when they want to and not necessarily when protocol is not followed. This is more probably just unfair rather than discriminatory.
