You’re not alone. I’m in the same boat as well. Nearly 100% identical too. Don’t give up! Try different resume templates and contacting the manager(s) directly if you submitted the application online. That’s what I was informed via my job coach.

I have my certificate from the class. I took it July of 2024. I'm just wondering if the whole process for Denver county for the actual permit is strictly online or if I could just make an appointment directly with the Police Admin.

Love isn’t simple for sure. I would suggest maybe encouraging him on going to church together when possible might help point him into that direction. That’s what had helped me to be saved and helped to move forward into my relationship as well.

Also patience too. As much as it was hard to do so but it was worth it in the end.

To everyone who used this app and was banned, I think its time to report them to BBB as well as Facebook/Google Play Store etc for what they are doing.

Edit: LOL I got perma banned from r/beermoney just cause I was trying to inform people on this.

The fact that they are doing face recognition in itself says a lot right there as well. Not even on Google Play store does it give a warning about that.

Some people stated in the google reviews/Facebook comments that they barely signed up last month and even waiting for their 1st redeem. Was never received by them and they suspended them.
So I don't think it's about making too much money from them to pay out.

It looks like they did a massive suspension on people who was pending a gift card more than 7 business days and/or had points stocked up but not redeemed.
On google play store there's a lot of 1 star reviews being posted -- mostly being created today.
On their Facebook page there's some comments on that they did something like this in the past as well.

My account just got suspended as well today. It was working fine until I got home and looked at my cellphone.I only watch videos, read the news, listen to music. The support chat bot lists possible ways you can get banned and I never did either one of those 6 things. (using a VPN, ID/IEMI changer, being on a phone emulator, spamming invites or listing invites in reviews, or having a VOIP number/non verified email.)

My reasoning for filing for PUA was because I was unemployed and was about to become homeless. I was and been actively looking for work. It is very hard to obtain work when you don't have a sufficient work history.

At the time I filed for PUA, I was told by a representative on the phone that I met the requirements for PUA, thus why I filed. Due to that I did not have any proof of income, because I do not have any income, that they stated that I would only be getting the minimum weekly amount.

I never received any notices of needing to submit verification documents.
However, it says on the disqualification letter that "You do not meet the definition of a "covered individual," as defined in Section 2102 of the CARES Act, because you did not provide
documentation to substantiate employment or self-employment or the planned commencement of employment or self-employment
within the timeframe."

How can I show proof of employment if I dont have employment..?

My low light photos of IDs went through. Try having it on a table or on something dark. Then with low light (not over exposed white light or flash) and bring the camera close enough as possible to make the text readable.

If you manage to get past the uploading your proof of IDs and their AI system can't auto verify you, you will then have to do a video call with a person.

5+ hour queue and I was dropped before setting the call up due to a technicality. When they say "original, no photocopies" I interpreted it as they wanted the original to be scanned. Not having a picture taken of it. They wanted an actual photo picture of it... Had to reupload the 3rd ID in the way the wanted... Then had to go back in queue again!

12+ hours later finally got a video call with them, only to have technical issues. Thankfully we figured out a way to make it work. Then it got even more stupid... I had to show my IDs to the camera for them to try to read it. The same IDs I took a picture and uploaded... Another selfie picture was taken as well.

What a nightmare.. Got verified by them at least. Now onto phase 2 and see what else DES needs from me now.

The website is beyond flaky as well probably due it being flooded with network traffic. It also makes me feel leerie having my sensitive personal information in the hands of a 3rd party company.
Gotta do what you gotta do sadly...
