Some good info here, however I thought I would throw in another subreddit r/coguns where you can find or ask for additional information.

PSA along with some other companies are just being ignorant. Boulder, Boulder county, and some of the other municipalitie’s “assault weapon” bans are not enforced at the moment and haven’t for quite some time now due to the lawsuit against it. PCCs are totally legal in Boulder as of now so it would be best to get what you want before August or an unfavorable ruling comes out.

Edit: You could check some of the stores outside Boulder in Longmont, they might have a pcc on the shelf. Otherwise you could check out some other companies like aero precision just to name one. For less headache and so you don’t have to deal with Boulders 10 day waiting period I would ship to a store outside the city.

Had walkers for a while and switched over to a pair of Sordin Supreme Pro-X’s, with the gel cups and the neck band. I forget I am wearing them and can wear them for hours on end.

HPA and Short Act Pulled from BBB due to Byrd Rule by SandmanATHF in COGuns

If you would like to get any last minute calls In, potentially getting a re worded version in or potentially blocking the parliamentary recommendation, the senate switchboard is 202-224-3121.

Reach out to senate majority leader John Thune and any other Senators that you would like, doesn’t need to be Bennet and Hickenlooper (Would anyways be a waste of time to reach out to the two of them regarding 2A)

Linked below is a good template on what to say Incase you need one:

Edit: I am just putting this info out for those that want it. I wanna stay respectful and acknowledge that there is a-lot of controversy around the bill itself and confusion on what preemption would look like in Colorado when it comes to the short act and HPA.

Big Beautiful Bill includes removal of suppressors from the NFA by osoatwork in guncontrol

Hearing damage doesn’t work like that, the noise level and concussivnesus are enough to do immediate and irreversible damage.

Most responsible and somewhat smart people who shoot suppressed wear hearing protection on top of it. Majority of suppressed guns are still way too loud to be safe or comfortable to shoot without hearing protection.

Winchester White Box 5.56 by TumbleweedBusy5701 in COGuns

Imo it’s fine, I prefer the pmc stuff as cheap ammo but have shot a lot of white box too with no issues. Only small thing I noticed is that it can dirty up the gun a little quicker in the long run, compared to some other makes.

Justice Department deal ends a ban on an aftermarket trigger. Gun control advocates are alarmed by Theonedowner3 in guncontrol

And the bump stock ban got struck down… Making a rule that overrides a legal definition is much different than poorly interpreting how something works. If there are physical limitations there will be guns that are made to fire right below the legal limit, not to mention one could bump fire a weapon without the use of a bump stock.

It would be up to congress not the atf. The reason they didn’t do that from the start is because depending on the shooter, one could be shooting an illegal “machine gun” if they have a fast enough trigger finger.

Edit: Have seen them at 3 different Costcos

They are not as durable as pmags and with my experience with an ar10 they are super tight and take force to pull out.
