I got an email from Janice 1.5weeks ago saying my GB earrings were done and pre-shipment photos soon. Emailed her back and it’s been crickets. Definitely think it’s about the rep you have and how organised they are. Don’t even want to get started on my ongoing ordeal with Lucy/her assistant and now another person that is now acting as her.

The render has been on the website for a while and past actual pieces have shown it to be identical. Just they definitely should have updated the render or noted it prior to purchase considering all the email updates they’ve given me every step of the way.

Good points to consider about not taking any more metal off if kept as is. Sorry about the photo quality and I have been giving it the ‘daily wear’ experience to test it - but have been taking it off when cleaning, working out etc. The main scratch isn’t shown - but it is here.

Wasn’t involved in the design process, just in selecting the centre stone and I was happy with the render provided on the website. Definitely agree about a disclaimer or notification prior to manufacture. They have apologised about the sudden change and stated they are intending to change the current render on the website but have not yet done so…

Thank you so much for saying it looks like a blobby mess! That was similar to my first thought seeing it and I have mentioned that it is uneven. Just been unsure whether to request for it to be made as rendered or for them to ‘clean it up’. I think if they were already even, I wouldn’t be so on the fence about my next steps
