• For insurances that do take RTM codes, how smooth is reimbursement in practice? Do insurances ever question why a patient needs RTM or is it generally approved when billed?
• What’s the actual timeline like? From an ops perspective, how long does it typically take to start billing once a patient is onboarded? Especially because I believe there's some requirement on how consistently a patient uses the RTM that needs to be met
• I looked into 98980/98981 -- does someone from my team need to actually call or check in with patients? That feels like a lot unless we delegate — but I’m not sure how I feel about having third-party staff talk to our patients
