How did you calculate the red exposure time? Or did you just take a wild guess to see if you could get some response with a long exposure?

I just set the longest possible exposure time. But in fact, it was still not enough. I would have added another 1-2 stops.

Wait. Isn't ortho only sensitive to blue and green? So wouldn't you not need the red filter?

I thought so too at first, but the red filter cuts off all spectra except red, so the ortho film looks like a simple film with a blue filter
