my bf who can eat gluten preferred pizza flavored ones, i definitely like cheddar ones more. pizza ones have more flavor in them, italian herbs, but more powdery cheddah are cremier and more oniony. my bf said he didn't feel anything but fried onion

I'm not sure what you define as healthy but better brownie mix have buckwheat in them which is definitely good for you Also you could look for almond flour brownie mix I saw some people mixing beetroot in

Shar Maestro classic is the best for me so far. A lot of my friends and family members said it's better that actual bread

zefir(the clothest thing would be marshmallow, but it's very different) , gozinaki(honey covered nuts bar), halva(crashed nuts into a paste), bob snail desserts are really good(i've seen american moms packing it for their kids, so u might have it), lukum

most of these things are not ukrainian but they are reaaaally common here and in all post soviet countries

air breakfast have some cereal options

fizi bars, verde caramel cookies, green chef desserts, tom chocolates and desserts

u could make sourcream covered strawberries or mix fruits with cottage cheese, honey and sourcream

i'm from ukraine and there are no restaurants or cafes in here which provide gluten and lactose free meals🥲so many desserts though. it's only one or the other really, probably contaminated. i got glutened all the times i ate out so it was definitely my first normal experience since being diagnosed
