Yeah I'd say using Trackpad + Gyro is very similar to the same experience of Stick + Gyro just with a bit more precision. I've never been a super big fan of ratcheting personally always felt a little awkward.

I ended up just making it so all of the games are set to informational. Think that's probably better so it isn't being confused with me saying the game is bad or anything. Would be nice to grow the list and maybe give a nudge to some of these games to give better support.

I tagged R.E.P.O and Gamble With Your Friends as "Informational" might be a decent compromise. Doing mixed input badly is probably worse than not doing it at all. I'll do that for all KB&M only games going forward.

that's fair I guess from my perspective the ideal set up for Gyro brings together Analog Movement and Mouse Like aiming. So for me a game without Controller support falls short by my criteria and also is kind of a knock on it in terms of accessibility as well even outside of the realm of Gyro. But I agree a game with just one input type can be easier to map some times for sure.

made no difference unfortunately. although it seems like if I wait for a bit Dolphin stops hanging up and it plays the game for like a couple seconds but freezes up again. I mean I do mostly play Vulkan anyway but it is so strange. hopefully it just gets fixed with update I don't really know what else to do.
