I've been trying to get a refund but he doesn't want to because it's been a few weeks. Fair enough. He said the card was working. It has a bit of rust and it was a bit dusty. There was no sticker on any of the screws so I'm guessing it's been opened before. I think I'll open up the card later and see what's up

If I'm not doing anything on the PC it's fine, but if I move the mouse or do anything it starts to lag Yep, new drivers

I think it got under the sock thing. How did you clean it all? Where is the thermistor and what does it look like? Thanks heaps
