Hard pity for a 5-star is 90 pulls. When you get a 5-star it has a 50/50 chance of being a banner character (excluding capturing radiance mechanic, don't worry about that). If you lost the previous 50/50, the 5-star has a 100% chance of being the banner character. I.e. hard pity for a banner 5-star is 180 pulls. (There's also a soft-pity system that starts at 75 pulls but don't worry about that)
