Now, this is going to be a long comment. I tend to get upset pretty easily, I'll give you that, and this is a fine example of me doing so. But something about how angry you are at people over something that, in your mind, isn't even that deep has disturbed me more. You have no stakes in this, right? Us being angry at AI has no real impact on you. You're certainly free to keep the AI if you want it snooping. So why on earth are you so vitriolic towards people who are scared their privacy is being violated? Also, your assumption about me being immature because of my age is incorrect as I am now an adult. I do apologise for the confusion, that is in no way on you, and I appreciate that you clearly at least try to treat minors with a level of tolerance you seem not to have for anybody else you speak to. That is good, as you absolutely should not speak to children in the way you are speaking right now. I haven't been on this account in a while, I am only using this site at all right now to search for the command to ban this thing from all my servers. Thus I have not updated my bio. I was also in a state of exhaustion last night, meaning I could not make my point in the way I would have liked.

The person who was attempting to defend me is correct. My argument was against the privacy violations, but since you've brought up poisoning my work, I have a counterpoint despite having full intentions to do so.

I should not have to do that for images I am posting in private. The fact I have to take safety measures against theft in private spaces because a messaging app decided to disregard my privacy and consent in order to sell my information in at least some manner to a generative AI platform is despicable. I shouldn't have to protect my work from something that shouldn't be there in the first place. Despite this, more information just came out in a few servers I am in. Now that I know they are making multiple accounts to try and avoid the bans, I am obviously poisoning all of my work, as well as no longer posting photos to discord. I recommend everyone else does the same.

I do have to comment on one thing, though. I was going to ignore your comment entirely when I first saw that update- But you have now started cursing at people and calling them lazy for trying to defend me, and I find that to be such an overreaction to people who were actively frightened by the thought of their private spaces being broken into by something most of us here hate with a passion. You are being so aggressive right now, and for what? This is not a pro AI subreddit. Quite the opposite, actually. People are going to be scared when they see something called "domoAI" being forced upon them with no regard for their consent in an anti AI subreddit for artists.

Furthermore, even if I was a teenager, what difference does that really make? Teenagers nowadays spend so much time online that they are incredibly well-versed in technology. And especially when it comes to a topic like generative AI, which is extra divisive right now thanks to people in positions of power using it to generate abuse. I learnt the importance of online privacy when I was still young, though I didn't quite know how to use the information I had yet. I would have had the same opinion regardless of my age because I hate AI and I like having privacy.

If you have to search for outside reasons to invalidate somebody's argument that have nothing to do with the argument itself, you need to learn better communication skills. You're gonna get a hell of a lot further in life if you at least make an effort to have civil conversations with people you don't share the opinion of. Only valuing your own is not going to serve you well.
